Of course! for new home builds we always advise a lawyer to be involved for contract as well as money dispersants.
We are fully insured and Tarion licensed. Our team is always up to date on safety protocols and job sites are properly secured.
We have a limited two year warranty on renovations and Tarion warranty of 2 years, 5 years and 7 years on new builds. We are always a phone call away and will promptly respond to any concerns, issues or questions you have.
Building department inspections and our own dedicated inspection process are part of how we ensure safe and quality construction. Unlike other builders, we also welcome you to come on site to see the progress yourself.
We give you a detailed guaranteed estimate, using our own comprehensive spec sheet, so you know what the cost is before starting. The only way the cost will change is if you make changes during the construction process. That is why we detail everything with you before we start.
